Two RoboNDIS tools, one big snarky mood.

This page helps you choose which tool to open. First is the RoboNDIS salary tool. It uses snark and fake “automated” rules to show what it feels like when a system decides your worth without listening to you. Second is the NDIS text adventure, where you walk into an NDIS office and find the monster in the back rooms.

Drop this in as the homepage, or use it as a section landing page with the buttons pointed at your existing routes.

Two ways in

Satire tool

Salary Under Review

Live-data style Letter + dashboard Cold bureaucratic tone

A satirical assessment engine that applies NDIS-style algorithmic logic to politicians. Search a name, inspect their scorecard, and generate the kind of decision letter no one should ever receive.

  • Best for campaign sharing, screenshots, and fast political punch.
  • Works as the concise entry point for people who do not want longform narrative.
  • Should point to your existing RoboNDIS app route.

Playable story

NDIS: An Adventure in Bureaucratic Horror

Text adventure History + policy critique Grue-enabled

A branching interactive story that starts with the history of the scheme, moves through the sustainability bill and foundational supports failures, and ends in the back office where automation lives in the dark.

  • Best for depth, storytelling, and political education with teeth.
  • Built to carry the disabled-people voice, witness humour, and policy rage together.
  • Should point to the existing ndis-adventure.html file.

How to wire it up

If this is a simple Cloudflare Pages site, you can upload this file as the landing page and rename it to index.html. Then make sure the two buttons point at the real filenames or routes already in your project.

  • If the salary tool is already the homepage, use this as /play or /start.
  • If the adventure is just a standalone file, keep it beside this page in the same folder.
  • If your actual filenames differ, only the two href values need changing.

Suggested routes

  • / → this navigation page
  • /salary-under-review → politician tool
  • /ndis-adventure → text adventure

That structure keeps the joke clear: one path assesses politicians, the other throws the player into the machine.

Help co-design the NDIS adventure

If you have lived experience, rage, or a very specific joke about automated decision making, you can help shape the next chapters of the NDIS adventure. Simple language is great. Snark is welcome. Trauma dumps are valid but please look after yourself first.

Ideas might be things like: scene ideas, lines of dialogue, new doom options for bureaucrats, or small details that make it feel real. Think: “you are about to be eaten by a mandatory planning meeting that goes for three hours and fixes nothing.”

When you hit submit, your email program will open a message to thelongdarkteatimeofthesoul@msn.com with the subject line NDIS Adventure Submission. Feel free to add more context or just send your idea as-is.
